Ranked first in Italy in terms of student quality (Espansione Business Magazine) and 21st worldwide by TOPMBA. The MBA program is a full-time program, taught in English by Politecnico di Milano professors as well as a vast international faculty from MIT, Oxford, Harvard amongst others. The MBA program provides the special mix of technical and management skills required to develop and lead world-class companies in operations and manufacturing and offers concentrations like Finance, Marketing, New Product & Venture Development and Service Management. Our MBA also preserves its Italian uniqueness with concentrations and electives such as Design Management and Luxury Management that combine the best of our academic know-how with Italian design. During the last 3 months of the program students will do a Project Work: unlike an internship this is a real consultancy intervention during which the student will be followed closely by a tutor from MIP and a company mentor. In 2006, 61 final Project Works were offered to students totalling 400 000 Euros in funding by companies like Bain & Company, McKinsey, The Boston Consulting Group, Ferrari, Whirlpool Europe, Procter & Gamble, Credit Suisse, Italcementi, Alcan Packaging, Indesit Company, Accenture, Gucci, Fiat Auto to name a few. Within three months of graduation, 85% of the 2006 MBA class received job offers: 43% of graduates were hired in the manufacturing industry; 23% in Management Consulting, 16% in Financial firms and 18% in Services. Our top employers were Bain & Company, McKinsey, Whirlpool, Ferrari, The Royal Bank of Scotland, The Boston Consulting Group, JP Morgan, Credit Suisse.
