8.4 score still not available

anybody same problem? I took it in US( 8.4)

ETS returned this mail to me "Unfortunately we are not able to score your test due to problems scoring the speaking section of your test. When the raters attempted to score your speaking section, they could not hear your responses."

It seems I need to take the test again. But until Nov 09 no site available around my place.  wuwwuwuw!

You should argue that they should take responsibility of speaking section problem. It's their software.
