这里表示的是过去阿 数据都出来了 显然这个事情已经发生了

另外,during并不是非要用在过去。只要是某事发生在某个时间段，你都可以用during。只是通常人们用到的都是表示过去而已。

have been doing才是一个从过去一直到现在的动作

have done是动作发生在过去，结果影响到现在

D、E两个选项都出现了时间状语从句主语省略，省略成立的前提是：fall的逻辑主语是increase. 显然不合逻辑，fall的主语应该是profit。

而C选项通过which（指向profit）引导的非限定定语从句很好的解决了这个问题，fall的逻辑主语是which，即profit。

置于为什么是falling而不是having falling over the last two years；我就比较迷惑了...
