这道题目已经讨论过很多次了，下次建议楼主看看置顶贴。

这个句子里面 script 做宾语，主语是both the northern and the southern Indian alphabets、

LZ 推敲一下意思明白了。 而且from which 已经明确指出了 script 是宾语成分。
