then 作副词修饰
            redesigning， 是A，B，and C 的形式，不一定后面要是完整的句子。

明白ls的意思了,谢谢啊!

不过仍然有个疑问. a,b, and c,那就是说find, redesign 都是跟在by后面的修饰improve的，那我觉得逻辑意思不通啊，find redesign的主语感觉应当是Frederick Winslow Taylor，因此觉得是和believe平行的，不过选项里也没有就是了

还请指点啊！
