答案给的e,各位觉得呢？我选得d,但我也觉得D有问题。那个failing，但是好像又不能完全说不对，因为failing可以被看作是名词啊. 但是由于考虑到平行，所以就选了d.

我觉得是B. A项将such as Bethlethem steel与被修饰成分联在一起，很awkward不说，也很容易让读者产生歧义，即使细看动词能够确定后面成分是对 large, intergrated companies来的，却不符合出题者语言尽量保持简洁易懂无避免歧义的原则。B用两个逗号将插入成分独立以来，用that引导从句，非常漂亮的格式。

答案E是正确的。由于while在这里引导了一个完整的句子，使逗号两边成独立关系，因此两边不必统一主语。而A,B,C, 中的unlike引导的是一个定语前置(这个中文忘了，不知是不是叫定语前置)， 因此严格地要求逗号后面的主语是这个前面动作的发出者。D错的原因楼主已经说了。
