Now I started to actually read English a lot after I was admitted into Gruaduate School at McGill univesity. Still, I found that some models, some transition words and phrases are very helpful for my assignments. I would encourage those friends who are preparing TOEFL to do your best as TOEFL and other tests are just a beginning, definitely not the the most difficult task. After that, you will get used to stay up very, very late for the whole period of your oversea study time- -to read books and articles one after one, do presentations, hand in assignments, prepare projects, etc. Very exciting and very different experience comparing to our education system! Now when I looked back, I found that 1-3 months prepartion on TOEFL is really not a hard task, though I suffered at that time.
