为什么要申请免考？没办法，今年都没有位置考了，除非飞到国外去。申请的学校有说：

International candidates from non English speaking countries are required to
take either the IELTS, or the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL),
and are strongly encouraged to take the Test of Written English (TWE) as
well, unless the candidate has received a Bachelor's degree from a
university wherein the medium of instruction is English.

请问对于国内大学英语专业本科毕业的考生来说，画线部分规定是否适用呢？好象美国的学校都这样子说得不太清楚。

请各位大侠指教！

够呛。国内大学英语专业也得上用中文教的非英语专业的课程。
除非你的学校连政治课也是用英语上的。
