get up early or get up late
Some people like to get up early, while others like to stay in the bed until final minutes near starting out. As far as I am concerned, I do prefer to get up early and enjoying in the quiet morning. Do you know the saying “The Early bird gets the worm”? That means who gets up early could gain more than whose who get up late.
First, getting up early and going to sleep early is a fairly standard schedule to which most of society adheres. There are fixed and regularly physiological periods in human body. Researchers had discovered long ago that most organs in human body would restore themselves and get rid of noxious matters at certain time in the evening after a day’s work and recover in the early morning after a night’s rest. Take brain for example, it usually rest at 11:00 in the evening and recovers its activity at certain time of 7:00 in the morning. If someone prolong its work time late at night and still has it in rest after 7:00, he would feel sleepier and fatigued after getting up. So holding the habit of getting up early and going to sleep early can keep a healthy body.
Getting enough energy is another reason for I insist getting up early. I usually feel vigorous after getting up early everyday. Every morning I get up early, I have time to go out running, also and there is enough time for me to prepare and have a good breakfast. Everyone knows that how important the breakfast is for the whole day’s activity. Then I can set out early to go to work and thus avoid the heavy traffic. I always arrive at my office earlier than others and I still have enough time to make a plan for a day’s work. That is why my performance in the company is always better than others. Many of my workmates stay in the bed to the last minute before leaving home and rush into the way to work without breakfast. And they often look bad and have a long time to recover their sprits.
Finally, I really don’t want to put my work done at night and night is the happiest time that I enjoy with my family. We could sit together watching TV and talking issues and consequently preserve our communication with each other and enhance our emotional relationship. So there are so many significant reasons for getting up early, I will hold this habit for my life. |
