Just read an article from BW, the US schools are deeply in debt. that is good news for international students. because they are the main cash income for the school. whether it is SARS or AIDS, they have to give VISA to these students. otherwise the school is going to complain to the congress. In this tough year, it is hard for a VO to explain why they want to reject a cash cow.
