All recorded papers during the conference will be selected by the special editors and the chairman of the conference at least two times. The approved publishable papers will be decided by at least two specialists and the chairman of the conference.

Special Notices:

 

Since the RMEM proceedings will be indexed by ISTP (EI under approve), the format of the paper has the following restricted requirements,

 

1.        The maximum size of the paper is five pages

2.        The author’s email address has to be associated with the paper

3.        The maximum length of the abstract is six lines, abstract has the be the introduction of the method, viewpoint, conclusion of the paper. Please do not just summarize the paper.

4.        The number of the critical words are three-five

5.        The first part of the paper is introduction, has to introduce the China and International Research abstract

6.        The last part of the paper is conclusion, has to conclude the paper, rises the suggestion for later development

7.        The reference of the paper should be at least 3 pages. Reference of Chinese paper should be noted as “Chinese”

8.        Please do not use Chinese in the content of the paper.
