有道题目想问问。。OG-11，P695-76

原题在OG-11，P695-76，如下：
Naver before had taxpayers confronted so many changes at once as they had in the Tax Reform Act of 1986.

我想问的是答案a的问题，OG解释说so...as 和 had 有问题，
那如果不看had，so...as 这个结构有问题么，gmat承认么？
如果能用 so...as , 我记得语法上说so...as 只能用在否定句中,那句首的never是表肯定还是否定？我知道never的意思是否定的，那有没有这种可能，never意思上否定，形式上肯定？

不知道我说清楚了没有。。。。

----------这道题A 的两个错误OG 解释的很清楚,一个是不能用had, 要么用did, 要么直接重复原来的动词confronted, so...as 的用法我记得新东方老师说过, GMAT考只有在句子中有not 与no 形式否定的情况下才用so...as , 即使像这题存在never 内容上否定也不能用so...as ,只能用as   ....    as

不知道我解释清楚了没有
