我覺得這裡can是說可以，be able to 是指能夠，但afford也是能夠負擔，意思自然重複，所以一般都會說can afford不會說be able to afford

E 我排除的原因是因为看上去太复杂了，原来好好用的miraculous，非要改成a miracle。形容词比抽象名次好。

我觉得which 指代是正确的，指appliance。their也和前面的they符合呢。
