seems almost all wrong, most close ones:

E: instead多余了，因为有unlike; "more localized response" is not clear about more modify response or localized

A: with 可能指的是后面的the body’s response to sunburn, 应是cuts and sprains, “is resulting” is weird

D: more localized response; 现在完成时 is weird.

The answer is D, so far feel A is better

A，选项是错误的。把and去掉，换成逗号，使得resulting作状语就是对的

而其D的the body’s more localized response 和 the body’s inflammatory response 是最平行的。

我觉得A的问题是那个with结构,不知道是跟着前边的cuts and sprains还是跟着后边的the body’s response to sunburn 的

除了上面这一点，再加上A选项中with独立主格结构表示对主句动作的伴随，这是不符合逻辑的，而in which表示是对前面的那种inflammatory response的说明，符合句意。

所以D优于A。
