if A happens, B will happen . 题目中assumed that 引导，所以变成 if A happened , B would happen.

E 选项中的it 从语法上可以指代 Algeria ，所以E 不对。况且在描述一样的情况下，为什么要倒装，不是更加繁杂吗？

B的答案我觉得很完美阿~使用主动语态。without 引导条件状语，would 表示可能对应assumed
