a pair是复数来的，2个建筑师，前面who say that有提示

那是不是 以后看到 A pair of sth， 就都用复数的谓语动词那？

我昨天上网找了半天没看到确定的答案。那个NN给个确定的说法。谢谢了！！

这里使用的是逻辑指代，同意carolinelmf所说的，句子中who say that 已经给了提示，表示所指的是两个architests。因为a pair并非名词，而是一个数量词。如果是a cup of sth的话，则用单数。
