date of entry(Permanent Residents & Visa Students Only)
是不是要我填进入他们国家的日期啊？如果是这样，我是不是随便填个日期就行啊，比如填个什么2004年8月15日？

That is only for Permanent Residents or Visa students. If you're not in U.S right now with those two status, you could ignore it.
