我觉得这种题目应该看全文来做,

看文章主要是讲什么,,然后选和主旨相关的选项..

我猜这个文章,起码这一段应该是讲和lost-wax这个技术相关的东西 而不是着重讲钛的

首先1中forge用词不太洽当，forge 铸造(n 铁匠铺)，伪造，另外从句中thousands of years也不能明确推出。

2 根据原文A metalworker of 3,000 years ago would recognize virtually step of the lost-wax process used to cast titanium for jet engines. 主谓宾应该是需要注意的部分，宾语是step of the lost-wax process，plus 3000 years ago，2 正解。

我想你选1的原因可能是读到3000 years ago+cast titanium，对1形成感觉。

我今天也作了听力部分的infer题，感觉有难度，同郁闷。有种感觉老美的infer题其实不那么拐弯，反而比较直接，可能思维方式的差异，等再多做一些总结一下。

这个是句子理解啊，

三千年前的人认识到一个方法 （lost-wax method ，失腊法，就是用腊做个模子，再锻造别的东东the lost-wax process 对应这里）而这个方法被用作现在的飞机引擎的锻钛工艺中，你怎么能推出这个钛被铸造了千年呢？
