听说US现在对国际学生限制H1B签证名额，严重影响了国际学生找美国的工作，从Businessweek论坛上看到的：

Guys, when I started this thread by breaking out the bad news for internationals, many people found it difficult to believe but by now you all know it as a fact. I have to report another unfortunate development with a heavy heart as I am also going to be one of those who are going to be affected.

Companies have just started posting jobs for full-time hires/interns for the next year and all of them now require the applicants to be US citizens or permanent residents. This includes those companies who used to hire internationals so far. This is a very unfortunate development, especially for second years. And those of you who are going to attend b-schools soon, please think twice before taking the plunge.

不想在这里制造悲观气氛，我自己也没有得到确定的信息。因为马上要申请了，也要考虑自己的投资是否值得的问题。请US那边的知情人出来说说？

是H1B名额，不是H1B签证名额。H1B有名额限制，H1B签证没有名额限制。如果你拿到了H1B,几乎百分百拿到H1签证。

今年的H1配额申请在第一天即4月2日就突破了12万，但配额只有4万7千多。因此，第一天以后，申请就截至了。另外有两万的配额是为美国硕士以上学历准备的，但第一天就有1万两千个申请。这些人都是已经拿到了学位的人。但是今年毕业的人因为没有拿到学位（要等到5月），而只能算入4万多的那个配额。因此，第一天递交申请所有当年毕业中国学生只能等待抽签的结果。今年毕业的比较惨，只能看运气。
