that指代fidelity吧，cameras的fidelity与35-millimeter film的fidelity比较。

A用that定语从句修饰fidelity不如C直接用形容词comparable简洁。

A选项最大的问题是compare用的是主动时态，应该用被动的

C中的那个that，个人认为指代那个to...，这个行为能力，不过不确定

C中that应该指代"a degree of fidelity"

A的引导词that 也是指的"a degree of fidelity"除了存在两个that会awkward之外compare的用法也不对

一般compare的注意应该是人，物都是被比较

主动：compare sth. with/to sth, 

被动：compared to/with B
