那么AS和 JUST AS呢？

现在碰到道题目请教：

D为什么不可以？ 记得那时新东方老师说过有JUST AS。。。，SO。。。这个结构的啊

E is correct because

parallel happens here:
refusal <-> disregard.

so like the refusal, the disregard.....

and that's also the subject in this case.
