C怎么就没有“creastes an incomplete construction”呢？

“no logical referent"可能是由于E中and后面跟一个句子，所以很难判定raising的逻辑主语是fatigue还是“shift-work equations”

其余不太清楚，等nn解释

不是NN，

但是如果把结构改成 and fatigue among shift workers was lowered ，那么这个就成了另一个句子，与前面的部分相脱离——逗号+and引导另一个独立的句子

这样一来,这个句子就是被动语态，不知道主动者是谁，而被while的逻辑主语也就不能得知了。

请指正……
