My question, Thanks!

1) How do HBS view people who are going to change career after MBA; (major in the post-MBA industry & certificate in the new industry);

2) Top 15 University in China, high GPA, high GMAT, F-500 W/E, however, fair iBT, below HBS requirement, what's the chance like? Is HBS rigid on TOEFL score?

3) Heard that a) people need to acquire above 5 yrs W/E to apply HBS; b) HBS favors young eliets. Which is true? How to prepare for a 3-yr-W/E employee?

本科的社会活动重要么？我本科CS，当时的社会活动不是很多，工作后的经历会不会弥补这方面的 Weakness？

工程背景申请HBS 有希望没？HBS 比较Prefer 的类型是什么样的，比如说一直流传的什么根正苗红啊～～
