正确答案是A. 但是emit 应该是和burn并列阿，那么emitting就不对了吧，虽然我也觉得B最后的having肯定不好。难道是as well as 可以有这样子的并列吗？

有没有as well as问题不大，emiting是分词结构修饰Diesel engines, 逻辑主语没问题，结构正确；（分词修饰不是并列）

B，从句中，动词以原型出现或介词（短语）+动词原型出先都是不对的；

我认为A中的 the other gases that have been implicated in global warming 比other gases having been implicated in global warming 好。
