A question about reapply

i applied USC last year but failed.....and i'd like to reapply this year....but the applicaiton form states that i just need to re-write the essay
question 1.......i'm wondering that if i re-write all the essay questions, will
it be more helpful for me to apply? or the adcom doesn't even look at my
other essay questions? could anyone give me some advises?

For re-applicant, the only thing really matter is what you improved after last application. If you write all essays, that will make adcom questions your understanding of their requirement.
