第三轮admitted by Rice

今天收到了Rice的admission letter，很高兴。

虽然Rice不算牛校，但是它是我唯一申请的一所学校，而且又是第三轮，所以非常高兴。

我年初F2来美国后才开始正式着手申请，3月中旬考完Gmat,3月底deadline前递交申请，4月10日面试，今天被admitted.

祝所有第三轮申请的朋友和F2申请者好运！

收到admission letter的第二天，拿到了正式的package，给了我46,000的奖学金，真的非常高兴！

Do you receive it by email or post mail? I got an email as following, but it is not an addmition letter. Does that mean I have been addmited?

恭喜，你也被录取了。

我收到了你说的那封申请women奖学金的邮件以后大概1个小时，就收到了Rice的admission letter。然后在email里面告诉我，正式的admision package会在今天用fedex寄出。

你耐心等一下，很快你也会收到admision letter的。

admision email 里面没提奖学金，希望明天收到的正式的package能有。

我的背景是：国内top University毕业，在国内财经媒体做了3年半的记者，专访过不少500强的CEO，G710，T617。

估计背景相对比较特殊，所以能在第三轮被录取。

I did not get admision email today, hope I can get it tomorrow. I am still worring they sent an wrong email to me (about that women's schorlarship email). Anyway, I got my undergraduate degree in US, worked in an insurance company in HONGKONG for about 4.5 years. GMAT 720. Jungu, you have great background, congratulations to you and thanks for replying my question.
