[求助] 请教倒装结构！

先请看og中的两个例句：

An array of tax incentives has led to a boom in the construction of new office buildings; so abundant has capital been for commercial real estate that investors regularly scour the country for areas in which to build.
                                                           (OG20)

No less remarkable than the development of the compact disc has been the use of the new technology to revitalize, in better sound than was ever before possible, some of the classic recorded performances of the pre-LP era.
                                                           (OG30)

这两个例句都已经放入正确选项。我的问题是：
1，为什么OG20中的倒装结构是has capital been; OG30中的倒装却是has been the use...?
2, 在xdf上课时，曾听说“完全倒装”和“部分倒装”。不知这里两个算不算例子？
如果是，这两种倒装的用法如何区分呢？

请高手见教！

还是没完全明白：

1，og20就属于表语提前，可为何部分倒装？
2，“情态动词、助动词提前”是部分倒装的表现形式，可什么情况下用呢？
3，个人感觉英语中绝大多倒装是“部分倒装”。如sbbi所言，我也觉得og30别扭，但又 说不出原因。

大家说说看呢？

也是 表语提前，如果改成 so abundant has been capital for..削弱了原文强调 capital for commercial real estat ，变成强调capita


og30的表达并不别扭。因为no less ...than 确实是这样倒装表达。在这里No less remarkable than the development of the compact disc 为表语，提前，所以要完全倒装。

琢磨一下可以体会到区别

查了好几本语法书，这些大笨蛋都没有说清楚何时用部分倒装，何时用完全倒装。（根本就没有提呀！）
但我觉得No less remarkable than 在句子中作表语，用完全倒装是可以理解的。

但在第一个句子中，我觉得用部分倒装好象很别扭：
so abundant has capital been for commercial real estate that
如果改为：
so abundant has been capital for commercial real estate that
则capital与它的后续成份 for commercial real estate紧紧地连到了一起，不是更好吗？
请问一下，这么改在语法上可以吗？

另外，在SO。。。THAT的句子中，THAT引导的是一个完整的句子，它在主句中作何成份？

窃以为：
So...that...的结构中，that引导的是目的状语从句。（有的是结果状语从句）
