there's no absolute truth which can be 放之四海而皆准, at least you can not expect to find such thing on a discussion forum. Grown-ups do not take whatever he see or hear to heart without chewing, digesting, and discarding. The best you can expect to acquire on a public forum is multiple perspectives and peculiar sources, and Tiger has been doing an impressive job on it. Nevertheless, for this place to be more juicy and nutritious, we still need more and more cordial and experienced Chinese legal experts to come and share. The problem is not that we have one controversial Tiger on this board, but we need more Tigers who have the capacity and insights to add to the gold contents, rather than naive people who only care to benefit. Again, to undermine a person's viewpoint, shaking his backgrounds, credentials, and moral standards is never a credit answer in the LSAT. |
