听面试我的Duke的校友说Top Tier的Consulting和IB Firm的确都对GMAT分数又比较高的要求。比如，McKinsey，Goldman Sachs之流。但是稍微下来一点，比如Deloitte就没有那么高的要求了。如果一定拼死要进这几家可能GMAT最好高一点，但这就像申请TOP3学校一样，即使你考到了800，人家也不一定要你，你还要过层层的面试，这比GMAT难得多的多，也更比MBA申请的面试难得多的多，通常都是Case-Study面试。所以LZ想清楚自己的目标，我觉得如果GMAT700+了就没必要重考了，花多点时间提高英语的听说能力、沟通技巧，另外把GPA冲得高一些完全就可以了。

 不过如果我去top tier 的China Division呢？GMAT 和 GPA 也看吗？

Why not talk to the recruiters now so you have reliable information on hand and have some good contacts.  Good luck!

If you want to get interview slot from top tier MC firms, improve your GMAT to 750+ will increase your chance much. But remember, the interview is the key.

If you are in a top B-school and you want go back CHina, then it's fine having <750 GMAT, you will get interview slot. Again, interview will decide.

So, if you have time, I would suggest you do GMAT again. But if don't, then you are still fine.

我GMAT是710,但是想入TOP-TIER CONSULTING COMPANY..

是否有必要重新复习重新考呢??我觉得GMAT还是挺重要的.
