答案:C, 认为D也错了,应改为over

1。 C肯定错，in which后面一定要接完整句，这个毫无疑问。B的说法没有问题，有这么说的。
2。D的说法肯定没问题， 表示全国不一定非地要all over才行，all across the country一样可以，一个意思， 没区别
