INSEAD admission info

For those who are interested in INSEAD, here are the PhD admission stats for Chinese/华人 of the 2007 intake:

Two students are from mainland China (both from top universities in Beijing);
one student is a oversea Chinese with US degrees.
It appears that all three declined top-tier US b-school offers/interviews to go to INSEAD.

Overall, INSEAD admitted a total of 10 PhD students out of the hundreds applied. (That's 1 to 2 students per field.) The fellowship is about USD 25,000. The competition is probably going to get worse in the foreseeable future.

Good luck to those Chinese students who plan to apply to INSEAD.
