so what is your plan post MBA? if you want to get a job with the World Bank or IFC, definitely choose GTown; if you want to do consulting, go Darden. But be aware that no one can guarantee you get your dream job with either choice.
if you wanna go consulting, you need a decent degree to prove your competency. There are number of phds and non-mba in top consulting firms. Georgetown has a very decent program in international affairs. Your dual-degree offer is a right choice for both IFC/Worldbank career and consulting career.

Georgetown is famous for int'l politics study.So it depends on ur future career goal. Darden is good for hunting a consulting job, but not for int'l organization.
