请教版主，不好意思的问

我的背景是这样，请帮我分析一下我能申请什么样的学校，个人倾向stanford 和warton

2001年，计算机应用专业，专科毕业。

2002年3月创立自己的笔记本电脑的销售公司。

截至到2005年下半年，在北京，成都，上海，深圳分别建立了销售门市。

2006年，种种原因，公司资金出现问题，被别人接手。

2006年，取得了自考金融本科的学位。

GMAT 760，托福还没考。

我想知道我这种没有大公司工作的经验的人，本科学历还是自考的，是不是申请stanford 和warton商学院几乎是不可能的？

it's hard to say anything based on the limited info...however, for Stanford, it's critical how successful ur business was, why it was sold, how innovative the biz model was (as it's in IT...maybe i am wrong but sell computers is not interesting enough to me...)....

For Wharton, explain how u set up the biz and how it performs...

For both schools, (1)how's ur English, both oral and written? (2)education backaground will not harm ur position, even u were self-learnt for bachelor's...it can even be your advantage if you write in a way to show ur determination, ur persistence, ur will to grow...(3)whether in a big company or small one doesn't make a clear-cut difference....as to me, ur biz set-up experience will be more interesting...if it is a solid business

Good luck. Don't doubt yourself, coz if you need anyone's confirm to gain confidence, u r not really ready for top 3...of course we always need others' advice

It's important that you don't spell "Wharton" as "Warton".

I think you could try.
