这里说“with no A and B，B的表达有歧义不知道是否和no平行”，所以后面也要加not以明确。

那么without呢？后面时候需要加not?

答案是C 原因是with逻辑主语只能是deer population。 我的问题是with引导的不是独立主格结构吗？ 独立主格就是自己带逻辑主语的结构，那么with后的的主句主句对with句应该没有影响吧。。所以没有必要要求主句主语是deer population吧。。还是我理解错了什么？急救！！！我选的E

你看E，wildlife official in NJ estimate. 这里NJ 是形容 officials的 但是题里面 in NJ 是要修饰deer population的。 另外，the deer population has grown to exceed 175,000 (C) > a deer population that has grown to exceed 175,000(E) 我觉得C 说的比较简明
