OHR的PhD读了以后可以干嘛？

收到了SUNYBuffalo的offer，但是很疑惑以后可以做什么工作
问教授，说去research school做faculty..
可是不是这个专业容易就业否？

看你侧重什么方向，它家faculty没一个现在在做HR方面的研究，全部是侧重OB

不知道你申请前是怎么考虑的，如果不清楚毕业以后是做faculty，那怎么会申请呢？

我是学I/O psychology的，只申请了这一个bizschool
不是很了解这方面的就业情况。。。
我是打算以后当faculty,可是buffalo的这个program排名一般，不知道以后找工作的难度。。
因为要和其他的I/O psych phd比较选择offer

Normally, business degree is easier for I/O Psy degree to find a job, and the salary is better. Job hunting highly depends on your publications. The difference between students in the same department can be huge. Some get at least one offers while others even do not have any job interviews.

如果手里有I/O的offer，建议选择I/O，出路广的多，既可以进商院做OB或者HR，也可以往clinical方面发展

不用这么咬文嚼字 OHR毕业从事Clinical 主要是做performance appraisal ，org. effectiveness， (interview) personality measurement三大类
