A few thoughts (not exactly organized ones) 1. It's your life. It'll be a very difficult and tiring one if you need votes of confidence from everyone around you every step of the way. 2. How do you define "a better school"? a. One that is well-known by the general public? What about a school in China that everyone has heard of? Is that a better school? b. One with a higher ranking? In what? Every school has its shining points. What matters most to you? c. One that is a better fit? How would you know? Have you spent time to evaluate Darden, talk to the students, the various offices, or even visit the school (much smaller investment comparing to two years of your life, not to mention a lot of money) ? 3. If you're worried about the job market, have you researched to companies/industries you're interested in? How does Darden's job placement compare? What do your future employers think of Darden? Good luck with your decision! |
