国内四大做audit到处出差，辛苦死了，当然希望招男的了，女孩子时间长了可能撑不下来，有个朋友在PWC做了半年，不想干了，辞职了准备出国。

thanks for the comment. I think business travel is not a problem for me, cause i'm traveling now anyways. What I really wanna know is that whether male will do better than female in this career and eventually be promoted to a higher management level position. Or I should not take this route and start with a consulting firm. But consulting industry is not that easy though. i'm in banking right now, not front office, but feel lots of pressure to work there. i do wanna find a work-life balance, yet a rewarding career.

Do you like to work overtime? Auditing also needs to work overtime, right? Isn't Big 4 the best choice for accounting majors?
