Do you prefer comedy movie or serious movie?

Due to our tremendous development in economy, more and more people pay their attentions on spiritual satisfaction and mental health, and they spend large sum of money on recreations. Among these entertainments, to go to cinema and watch a film is the first choice of myriad of people. Different people have different favors: some prefer a serious movie, while others prefer comedy. I am a great supporter of comedy, and my viewpoint is based on the following reasons.

 

Primarily, a funny movie is suitable for every one in the society. Not like horror movie or violent movies, which are only fit for special people who have already had the ability to distinguish, a comedy movie can be watched by anyone, especially children, and senior citizen. Because the story and the lines in a comedy movie are simple, people do not need to think too much to understand the movie. Have you ever seen "The Wild"? If you do you will agree with me.

 

Secondly, a joyful movie will improve the relation between child and parents. Since our living pace is getting faster everyday, working parents do not possess lots of time to accompany their children. But an hour and a half for a movie is still available, they watch the movie together, laugh together, and talk together, which make their relations more close than before.

 

Finally but importantly, the comedy film also has the ability to educate people. I will always remember the classic line said by John Ryan in "Wedding Crasher"---True love is soul's recognition of the counterpoint from anther. In the movie "Uncanny Farm", there is also something meaningful---A strong man stands for himself. A stronger man stands for others. Everybody who has watched these movies will surely recite these laudable lines, and then he will behave himself. As a result we could expect a society of peace and moral.
