 我没说那个老师坏,虽然我妈说了句那个老师多管闲事,但我也说了这个老师并没错

first from the light side of the incident,

firstly, the staff just want to make you feel scared because if she/he does want to make you fail this test, she can stop you when that happened

secondly, you didn't sign any paper about she took away your scrap paper because you listen from others and write down the notes.

thirdly, the monitor cannot record what you hear, it can only record what you do by your hands, i.e. getting one piece of paper from others.

finally, there is no any other students signiture about this in front of you.

OK, I can key in English if you can understand better,

yes, he has no evidences. But he said he will contact the  ETS, I think he will do that, and he said he did not meet this situation before, he didn't know how to deal with this.

so the staff has lose the right to report the incident to ETS, this is from the bright side to see this incident.

ok, from another side of the incident

i have many chance to accompany with my clients to the court or about paper work

from the negative side

1st, do not be afraid of it, until you got the note and phone call or email, or "0" score from ETS, then you can start to be scared, otherwise, you are too ealier to be scared, you kill your cells too many

2nd, can someone proves that you do understand what they said when they are in speaking part?, they have so many accents in north america, wow, man, so tell the staff, my english is very poor, i have no this ability to unerstand what they talk in such distance, i am an ESL student, i can hardly to hear from headphone. i can hear they are talking, but i cannot unerstand what they talking about, what i write down is from my brain memory about what i have review in these months.

3rd.do you have this experience, that you are listening to sb. but you do not know what they talk about, you have this experience, you do look at sth, but you didn't see them, so, i do hear they talk, but i do not listent to them purposely

4th,the staff cannot bring any prove to her boss (in america) because this staff didn't let you sign any paper, this staff did not let another student to sign a paper about this . so no witness.

5th, it is my right to write something on my paper,how you (staff)know i write is just they talk, i write from my memory, do i need to let you know before i write?

but he said I writes so much details about this test question, so he said'" you have done your test." I said," I want to finish my exam,OK?"  he said'"OK, you can do that." 

When I lefe, I also smiled to him and say "thanks" to him.

I really worried about it, you know, I am only an international student here, and if this behavior is recorded, I don't know how to face to my parents, Although they just said" Don't worry about it."

the staff took away you paper only, means give you a chance

right now she/he has lost the chance to claim (0)

did you blamed the staff in front of him/her?

if no, that's good.

remember ,in North america, witness and proves are so important,this is human rights, even though sometimes, we will abuse this.but you have no other choice if you do face the sad side of this incident.

by the way, the staff needs to write an incident report to her supervisor talking about this.

so do not worry about this,

if you believe god, pray more

if you believe Amitabha Buddha, or Guanyin Pusa, pray more

but firstly, remember to claim no 2nd time.
