各位大牛，遇到一个问题，不知道怎么解决。前两天unc朔在处理我的paper work for offer。但unc昨天给我发信，“

Ms. ##–

I just reviewed your file and am preparing to send a recommendation for admission forward to the graduate school here at UNC-CH.  In my review, I discovered that we do not have a copy of your “financial certificate.”  Can you please email me a copy or fax a copy of this document to ###? (You will also need to mail the original to the Ph.D. program here.)   I will process the recommendation immediately from the copy. 

 I apologize for the delay but if you send information today or over the weekend, I should be able to get your letters out to you by email on Monday.  Thank you.”

天，那我怎么办？真要去开财产证明么？去的话不可能马上可以弄好啊，还没和家人说呢，就算寄过来也要两天后吧。我有同学和我说，全部填零寄给学校就好了，是真的吗？

全部填零寄给学校就行了。这只是一个手续，不用真的寄财产证明。

btw: lz how much money for the financial package at UNC?

是的，一般是要你填一个表格然后附带financial证明，你只需要在表格上面写上fully funded by the PhD department就行了。这个只是一个过场，对phd学生不重要。

全部填零，然后附上offer letter with financial aid。这个主要用来处理你的I－20表用的。
