"Hook'em"  Be a longhorn!  UTA = UT Arlington, not Austin.  UT Austin is the flagship of UT system; when people call UT, they mean UT Austin.

Apparently, ND and UT Austin is not on the same level.  If you want to sit in the class taught by professors from FASB Board, GASB Board, PCAOB, AICPA Board of Examination, Congress Tax-writing committee, American Taxation Assocation editorial board, American Accounting Association editorial board, Internal Revnue Service Advisory Board, and International Auditing Standard Setting Board, UT Austin may be of your choice.

By the way, on professonal level, I would tell you that for most MPA students, auditing firms is used as insurance policy, b/c a lot of them got into big investment banking and consulting firms.

原来我一直把ut给叫错了，真是该打该打
请问fromaustin，你现在在mpa里吗？能多透露点资料吗？
我一直到现在还没有决定要不要去，主要是我现在在加州，要考虑很多方面的关系，所以很想能多了解ut的情况。
今天刚收到了ut的email,他们给了我15000的奖学金，这下我头更大了

老实说吧，其实刚开始申请的时候，没想到这么牛的学校会要我，就只当是好歹申请一回可以死心了。本来就计划好上本地的一些学校。但后来，ad来了，有了选择，也不知道怎么去选择。考虑去不去，一来是学费不便宜，大概5万一年，咨询了很多朋友的意见，一部分人认为地区比学校重要，无论哪个学校毕业起薪差不多。二来，如果去了那里上学，就要和ld分开两年（唉，我知道是自己目光短浅）。所以说，现在考虑的就是投资和回报的问题了，花那么多的钱和牺牲和ld一起的时间，是否值得呢？上一个名校，对我以后的career有多大的帮组呢？大家给我点意见把
