lower than strategic consulting (e.g.mckinsey/bcg), for sure. probably similar to MNCs. In my class, guys from Accenture/IBM/BE/Capgemni are generally not as competitive as strategic consulting or IB/investment experience if they apply for finance companies. Should be good for corporates.
