First, congrats on the Yale admission! Any word from HBS? 

I can offer some insights about your career at investment banking. Sadly, without experience, graduating from Yale SOM is not strong enough to get into I-banking, especially when you are more than 25 years old. Did you try Wharton or Columbia this year?

I know two girls, one from Wharton and one from Yale, neither of them landed summer internship last summer.

However, if you are not aiming at financial industry, Yale diploma is definitely a boost. Or if you have green card and no pressure on finding a job before graduation.

I do not vote for BU. Even though the scholarship is very sweet.

我来在群众一边倒的险恶形势下唱个反调啊。女生的选择不是brand name, career这么简单啊。要综合多方面考虑的。如果你自己觉得生活比事业更重要的话，别那么早就把full scholarship rule out。。。

To yn1999, thanks for your thoughts. I'm not aiming at investment banking. For one thing, I'm too old, for another, I'm not much interested in it. I don't have a green card. Will come on a F-1 visa. So I can almost feel the pressure upon graduation now.
