我觉得C也有问题。A的that的位置是不好，但C的问题更严重吧。

eventually able 是什么？和or helping一起做dangling?同位语？

able没有be的话，做形容词？名词？

1。以前大N携隐对这个指代的问题有过总结，一下了找不到链接了，按我的记忆说下吧：

that指代前面出现的单数名词，those指代前面出现的复数名词。

这个题比较要对等。是Dutch economy和其他三国economy比较，可以有两种方式：
1）the Dutch economy has grown faster than that of B, F,and G.
2）the Dutch economy has grown faster than the economies of B, F,and G.
第一种方式中只能用that指代前面单数的economy，如果用thoes，前面没有复数的可以被thoes指代的对象，故不正确。

后面失业率的比较也是一样的，两种方式：要么用that of ...，要么用the unemployment rates of...
