MBA申请中的几大误区(三):外国的月亮更圆吗?

很多人想出国,这无可非议. The problem is that people has no idea what is a good business schoo and what is a bad business school in foregin countries. Using HKUST as a benchmark, I will provid a list of business schools that I think is better than HKUST:

1. Wharton, 2, University of Chicago, 3. MIT, 4. Stanford, 5, UCLA, 6, Kellogg, 7, Duke, 8, Harvard, 9, UC Berkeley, 10, Columbia, 11, NYU, 12, LBS, 13, Michigan, 14, Insead, 15, Carnegie Mellon, 16, Cornell, 17, Yale,

The next are schools about the same as HKUST. I will not rank them here

Dartmouth, Darden, UNC at Chapel Hill, Penn State, UT Austin, U Maryland, U Minnesota, UC Irvine, Rice, Washington U at St. Louis, Michigan State, U of British Columbia, Toronto, U of Sourthern California, Ohio State, U. of Florida, Arizona State, Emory

the rest are not as good as HKUST and these include some notables which are famous for those who do not understand:

IMD, Oxford, Cambridge, Korean schools, Japanese schools, NUS, etc

并不是外国的就一定更好.You need to find more about each of these schools and ask around if you do not know.

The rankings reflect my own view and may not coincide with the preference of all the applicants on this site

想请问楼主怎么得出得结论，HKUST在hk得就业情况，师资等综合因素么.

tuck绝对是比HKUST好得多的学校

I ranked Harvard, Tuck and Darden relatively low due to my personal preference. Harvard is strong in general management, darden in investment banking. I do not know about Tuck that well. I like schools which encourage innovative thinking but these schools specialize in disseminating knowledge created from others. It is fine but not my cup of tea.
