Supervisor plays an important role in the department or company. And each company needs a good lead which is a critical element for the success of company in the heated market competion. On the other hand, every people ,including me ,want to be supversized by a good or excelent boss, which sometimes is a key aspet when one is considering the job is a worthwhile one or not. Consequently ,it is prolific to have a good supervisor or boss. Then what kind of boss can be considered to be a good one? What qualities he should have? Depending on different person and different positions ,the answer may be different. Personally ,to have the quality of teamsprit is necessary. Besides a good boss should also care for the development of his staff. Furthermore ,a good boss should be flexible when handling company affairs. Morden society is a complicated society which needs more teamsprit and cooperation than ever, as the the competion never-be so fierce. The company or factory can survive unless the boss and his staff work unitedly and cooperately. How can we imagine that a company can accomplish a excellent assingment,and standy steady in today’s market, if the leader don’t cherish the value of team sprit ! Hardly, let alone copany’s furture. And the benefit of company will at the second palce behind invidual’s due to such kind of boss. However a good boss with the strong team sprit, on the sharp contrary of this ,will imbed the importance of team sprit into staff’s brains. As a consequence, all people in company will think that they are a group,may think that “united we stand, divided we fall ”. In addition ,the staff may not think they are second to the boss as the boss treat them like friends,which is beneficial for the company culture.Consequently,in this case, a good boss should have quality of teamsprit. Secondly,a good boss should recoginze the importance of development of staff,and provide staff chane to study, that is to say help to improve staff as possible as the can. Scientific research that the real happiness of people is from studying ,from the improvement,which should be along with life ,of course,job process included. In this case,the boss should care for the development of not only the company but also the employee. Seeing their own progess,the staff will work more harder for the company. Suppose people who work for his company painstakingly eventually get much fewer comparing to their spending as well as money, it is not superising that the staff become lazy even resign due to the less attention from boss,from company. So ,noticing the growing of employee is essential for a good boss,as this is a process of mutual benefit. It is undeniable that supervisor should enact the regulation of company stictly. However,it does not mean that the regulation is all the same not matter what condition is,which is ofen the case in many conpanies. Of course,sometime some exception is not only good, but necessary. To illustrate this,I will give an example below. It is tolerate that one is late for the work accidentally because of some reason,who is always do a excellent job and never be late before. And it is not wise to blame him /her for a good boss, which may discourage him/her from conducting well even have adverse impact on the others in company. At any rate, a good boss should know the value of teamsprit,help the staff develop,and be flexible,which are necessary not only for the company but also for the employees.
