LZ 分数很强，2-nd tier offer不足为奇

只是申请更top的学校还是要靠Essay和个人背景

楼主这么多频繁的工作选择需要给出学校合理的解释，勾勒出LZ的个性

也许会有意想不到的收获

LZ has a unique background. For top business schools your main problems are that you changed your jobs too often. They thought you are doing things "有始无终".The large US companies in the US do not like the one changed too many jobs in several years, so the top business schools.
