I was just called and I got into Kellogg.

G 710, T waived

Work experience: 4 years at a commercial bank in China (Shenzhen), 3 years at a boutique consulting firm in Boston.

p.s. I got my master's in econ/finance from a 2nd tier US university.

My american co-workers helped me to polish my essays. That really helps. Also, I think I did a really good job on the alum interview.
