1)谓语前加逗号，又不是插入语。

2)" ...，and" 引出独立完整句，所以缺少主语。

3) one that  也不对。

而A看起来很顺两个分词短语-ed和-ing修饰a building。

搜了一下，好像答案确实是E阿。

A也不对阿:having修饰名词，and连接短语。

我觉得都是错误答案。 选最佳答案太勉强了吧。
