美国商学院的管理学博士就业真的好吗？为什么申请这么难？

希望top的学校快发完offer，最牛的那一部分人withdraw，能发出一些offer来。不过如果现在还没有什么动静的话，估计也很难有什么结果了。

另外，商学院管理方面（OB,Strategy，HR，etc）是不是前20名算是很好的program，20－50据说彼此之间区别就不大了（这个是某个出国留学咨询和我说的），不知道是不是这样。

个人感觉，与mba不同，ranking在商学院phd program选择中并不是太重要的指标，关键是在你和这个学校和他们的phd program之间寻找倒一个good fit。找到对自己来说最适合的program才不会后悔！

I agree that accounting has the best offer at entry-level in biz school. However, we need to take a look at those tenured professors. Across all fields, the variation within senior faculty group is much smaller than that within junior faculty group. It means that you can get the similar pay once you are successful in your own field. So, go for a field you are really interested in, and don't make a blind decision.
